Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📝 Job Summary:
AHYA Coco is looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resource Staff member to support day-to-day HR operations. This role will help facilitate various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, policy enforcement, and trainings. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to helping create a positive work environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
• Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientations, and training coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
• Participate in the planning of employee engagement activities and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.
✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related course
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred)
• Familiarity on Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge on benefits, and HR practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion with confidential information
