We are an outsourcing company with U.S.-based clients. We have an immediate need of a:

CREATIVE WEB DESIGNER

Description: Seeking a talented, experienced, and creative Web Designer
with a minimum of 2 years experience in designing web sites *.

Needed Qualifications:

Must understand color psychology as it relates to sites, understands proper navigation, is very creative, knows how to optimize graphics properly, is extremely proficient in CSS & creates most of the site with CSS & no tables, understands the psychology behind what makes a site sell & has e-commerce design experience.

If you are experienced in DHTML, PHP, Flash, AJAX, or ASP.NET this is an asset.

Personality Qualifications:

Someone very open minded, professional, respectful of him/herself & others, excellent communicator, organized, honest, ethical, and a hard worker
