The position is responsible for supervising recruitment/staffing and ensuring that recruitment activities of PeopleSupport (Phils.), Inc are implemented.
- Ensure that hiring targets are met.
- Supervise application pipeline process
- Conduct final interviews for eRep and Corporate candidates
- Conduct Reference Checks for short listed candidates
- Prepare offer letters for supervisory and management positions
- Work with the Resource and Communication Team in developing appropriate recruitment strategies for eRep recruitment.
- Develop and update materials used for testing, presentation or marketing collaterals
- Keep updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to recruitment.
- Represent company in Provincial Job Fairs
- Supervise members of the eRep Recruitment Team
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment statistics
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- A minimum of 3 years experience in human resources, with emphasis on recruitment and employee programs
- Applicants must be willing to work in Davao
- A minimum of 1 year supervisor experience
- Proficiency in targeted Selection interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with all human resources areas specifically, recruitment
- Knowledge of local labor laws, government regulations and compliance requirement
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills

- Good presentation skills
