elescope Software AB is a Sweden based company, with main focus on the rapidly expanding telecom sector and the area of industrial automatization. We are currently looking for responsible, responsive and self driven software developers for work in our subsidiary in Nova Tierra, Davao, Philippines. Next to a profound technical knowledge, the ability to communicate is highly appreciated. You will as a developer and test engineer have full responsibility for testing and developing software applications in C++ or Java. High requirements on being able to design software, take mature decisions on a way forward and communicate those in a professional manner, will be placed upon you; hence experience from for example the open source community projects is appreciated.

The following requirements must be fullfilled:
Proficient in software development methodologies.
Proficient in design standards such as for example UML.
Quality aware and knowledge of software function and system test methodologies.
Awareness of the open source community development processes and techniques used here in.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Flexible, mature, responsible, responsive and self driven.
